The idea of Your Choice Brands, Inc. was first dreamed up by Jeff Greim, aka Professor Greim, in the early 2000s, as a way to give back to the community. After years of working and teaching in the nonprofit sector, Jeff became convinced that a profit donating business model was both possible and sustainable. This conviction led him to toy around for several years with the idea of creating a company based on such a philanthropic business model, and has finally manifested itself in the creation of Your Choice Brands.

As of today, we produce one product—granola—and are solely operated by Jeff with the help of his local granola distributer (his neighbor) and his family. However, this little company has big dreams. We set out to create this company with two simple goals:

• To provide our customers with the highest quality products, and
• To offer them the unique opportunity to give back to their favorite charitable organizations with every purchase.

We are proud to say that we donate 100% of our after-tax profits to charities selected by our customers. We believe that our philanthropic business model offers a viable and sustainable alternative to shareholder profit maximization and are confident our customers will feel the same.
